Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law (including AML record-keeping requirements). Data is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

1.1 This Privacy Policy is issued by skyphp ("skyphp," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://skyphp.org. skyphp operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
1.2 skyphp acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform, as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

2.1 Registration Data. When you create a skyphp account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information is required to verify your identity and comply with PAGCOR Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
2.2 Identity Verification Data. To comply with PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, we may collect copies of government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address documents, and, where required, source-of-funds documentation.
2.3 Financial Data. We collect transaction data including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, payment method identifiers (GCash number, bank account details), and transaction history. We do not store complete credit or debit card numbers — card processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data. We collect records of your gaming activity, including game sessions, bet amounts, game outcomes, and bonus usage. This data is required for account management, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting.

10.1 The skyphp Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR. skyphp does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
10.2 If skyphp becomes aware that it has collected personal data from an individual under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately closed and the data deleted, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

11.1 Some of skyphp's technology service providers and game content partners are located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to countries outside the Philippines, skyphp ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including data processing agreements with appropriate contractual protections and assessments of the adequacy of data protection standards in the recipient country.

Even if you request deletion of your personal data or close your account, certain financial records and identity documents must be retained for the periods mandated by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations. This is a legal obligation that overrides your right to erasure for the specific categories of data covered by AMLA record-keeping requirements.
13.1 skyphp may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this Policy.
13.2 Where changes are material, skyphp will provide notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of skyphp following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
